Performance Chips
I have a 99 SD with the Powerstroke Diesel, got a flyer in the mail about a Performance Chip that would ad 70 horsepower for $495.00, wouldn't void the Manufactures warranty and 30 day money back guarantee. Was curious if anybody had chipped their diesel and how they liked it, Can you tell a difference in Power and mileage. You read about performance chips all the time and was trying to decide if I should spend the money. The truck runs good now, but more power is always better. Thanks for the input.

I,too, am interested to find out who has performance enhancing chips and programmers available for my new 350SD PowerStroke? Does anyone know what the factory governor is set at for RPM and speed for the 350SD DRW from the factory? Thanks for any and all replys!
