Ok.. I just called them. told them what part # i wanted and the confirmed fitment and said it is in stock... So i ordered it 1 more time. i'll keep you posted on what happens with mine this time.... maybe they had a computer problem with my last order.

 

I also just ordered one - seemed to go thru OK - time will tell.

My first attempt at the order online on monday appeared to go ok also.. i got the confirmation/order # when i placed the order but never recieved the email saying the order was placed... and when i used the live help to check on this they said it was out of stock.... So i called today. Talked to somone and he said it was in stock... and he could place the order... got the order # and gave all my info and email addy.. still havn't recieved any email..



Has anyone else who ordered this recieved an email? or any confirmation other than the first # that is given when you place the order that you use when you contact them to ask about the order?

hmmmmm... i ordered the dual outlet. maybe thats the problem......

I ordered mine at around 6:45pm friday night. how long did it take from the time you ordered it until you got the email? also did you order by phone or online?

 

Well after I saw your first thread about it being out of stock I called and asked. The rep on the line said he has the exhaust kits in stock. He asked if I wanted to order and I said I still needed to scratch my head about it , so he said let me give you a Retrieve Quote (Look at top of web page) and you can type that number in later if you decide to order. SO I surfed around looking at other peoples price on that system($425-$399) and figured what the heck. You are right I only wanted the single pipe system so maybe that made a difference. I ordered at 2100 PST last night (28 Jun) and had the e-mail I copy/pasted above here at 0600 this morning.

Ok i just talked to live support... no update on my order today... so i don't think it went through.. so i got online and ordered the single outlet and instantly recieved an email stating "thanks for your order" and saying that i will recieve another email when it ships and when my payment clears.
hopefully it goes through i really would like the 4" dual but i wont complain if i can get it for this price.

 

That sounds exactly the way it happened to me. Good luck with it, hopefully Monday I'll get the UPS/DHL tracking info via e-mail.

I ordered the dual outlet last night around 5pm, got an order confirmation right away, & now just got the order invoice showing payment went thru & a total cost. Looks just like the one above, but without the tax.

that sucks... i was affriad of that.. thats what happened to me when i ordered it monday except i recieved no emails and had to contact them to ask whats up with it.... It is a little odd that they have it in stock when we call but its "out of stock" when they go to place it....

 

I dunno guys... Something seems fishy there...
