You're right they're T-55 Torx, anyway I torque mine to 70lbs, a little more, I couldn't wait for someone here to reply, so I did what the Chilton manual said for a 97 Ranger, I don't think it would be a problem for 17 more lbs.

Not likely. You'd notice if you buckled something or twisted the threads out.
Yeah, they're not something I'd worry too much about torquing exactly right- as long as you don't strip or bend anything, and they aren't so loose they come out, they should be fine.
I wouldn't have even considered using a torque wrench until you mentioned it...

Chilton's Torque specifications: Pick up Box to frame, 91-93 = 40-56 ft. lbs.
and 94 -97 = 40 - 70 ft. lbs.
My truck is a year 2000, so I torqued it to 70.

I was trying to align the bed, because it's pushed a bit to the left not even in both sides, but after I loose the bolts I pushed back a little, but still not even
in both sides yet, there must be other part on the frame no straight, I need to check it out.
