A jack and some basic hand tools and torque wrench. It's the entire hub assembly that you replace. The bearings are non-serviceable. Make sure you pick up a new large yellow gasket to go with the hub.

4 or 2 wheel drive?Here is a great write up.Once you are in there you will be able to determine easier if it is the mian bearing and or needle bearing.
