Starter interchangeablity?
Hey all,
I happen to have a starter for a early 1990s Lincoln Continental, with a 3.8l engine. I was wondering what the chances would be of this working in a 1994 Explorer with an automatic transmission. If anyone has any info and could share it, that would be great. Part numbers according to autozone are not far off and the Lincoln starter is a little heavier.
