you can T into the map line....it should come with the gauge if you get some thing like autometer..this kit will do what you want to if you already have a gauge..http://www.dieselsite.com/index.asp?...PROD&ProdID=58

you can buy the material at most hardware storesincluding home depot and lowes
you need 1\4 NPT brass tee 2 1\4 NPT to 1\4 hose adapters and if using the 1\8 plastic line to guage 1\4 NPT to 1\8 compression adapter and 2 clamps for 1\4 in hose then cut map line and install Tee

Do you have the gauge already?? Like Ron said, it should come with everything you need. The easy way is to cut the MAP line, insert tee, feed sensor tube into the adapter on the tee that should've come with the gauge, and you're done. The other option is to buy the AIH plug with the boost fitting installed and plug the sensor tube into it...

Here's mine:

You can see the tee in the MAP line between the spider and my Overboost Annihilator. It's temporary until I get the correct size tee from ITP. The one that came with it was one size too large, so I had to kind of rig it up for now. You can see where Alan has his plumbed into the AIH delete plug compared to mine...

Thanks!! I got it done. It was a brease. But now what is a safe PSI to be running on a stock block 7.3? I think I was hitting about 24PSI. Seams high. What do you think?

Thanks again for the help,
Chris

Its not going to blow up if you hit 26... it is rated for 25, over that and its outside its MAP and just starts to super heat the air.

I've run mine up to 27-28, but by then the EGTs start getting into the 1200* range, so I get off of it a little. That's why you have gauges & overboost fooler of some type -- so *YOU* can watch things instead of the truck doing it for you (by defueling & throwing the CEL at 25psi).
