Sluggish E150

Just bought a '99 E150 Zephyr conversion with 5.4. Great van, but sluggish on highway inclines. Can someone recommend a good chip & filter intake setup to help this cruiser out? I have a '00 F150 5.4 with the K&N FIPK and Diablo chip. This setup is great on the truck, but I need recommendations on what is best for a heavy van.

We've had good results with the 5.4, though our van experience is admittedly less (there just aren't that many in comparison to the trucks).

The chip will work very well in combination with an intake and exhaust system. Anything you can do to increase your baseline horse-power will only add to the increase the Diablo or Superchip gives. Take your baseline HP and add 10-13% for the chip. Increase your baseline and so does the amount that 10-13% represents.
