heres the breakdown of your VIN:
F= conventional cab
10= 1/2 ton pickup, 2 wheel drive
A= 240 c.i. 6 cylinder
R= San Jose, Ca assembly plant
830057 = march 1966 build, I would guess March 1st myself based on the low number assuming the bulids are as broken down in the parts books and other sources...either way, its a very early march build.
Other info off of door tag:
129= wheelbase in inches(8' bed)
H= exterior color, Light Beige
Body= 481: 4= interior upholstery-Medium beige crush vinyl and medium beige bar pattern vinyl.
81= standard trim
Trans=C = std Ford 3 spd Lt duty
09= rear axle ratio = 3:70
I hope this helps you out. If the truck is original and hasnt been molested there a chance it could still have its small metal engine tag which on the 352 was attached near the coil mounting braket. The tag has more specifics about the engine itself as far as when it was assembled, etc.
