Best bet is a magnetic mount wilson 1000. no regrets with a mag mount. you can leave the base and take off just the antenna or remove the hole thing. Im running a wilson 500 mag with a cobra 29 and it works pretty good. i mounted the antenna base in the center rear of the cab. CB is mounted under cubby slot.
