Dodge vs. Ford

This may be a very stupid question, and I'm sorry if it is...Which engine is easier to work on/perform general maint. the 5.4L v8 in the F150 or the 4.7 V8 in the Ram 1500?

Its hard to get to the sides of a 5.4, like the plugs and manifolds. A 4.7 is probably a small block, and the ram seems prety roomy under the hood.

Yeah true enough but if you buy one new enough it all should be covered under warranty untill it runs out....

Dodge is easier to work on, if you remove the air intake you can sit in the engine bay. 5.4 is better engine all the way around though.
