I show these P/N's for a 360 via summitracing.com FYI they are all interchangable with the FE's unless it is an aftermarket head. The Fel Pro 1442 are a universal set that will work both types of exhaust ports. So I wouldn't worry about it.
FPP-1442 4 bolt holes per port for cars and trucks
SUM-111434 2 holes per port
HED-27740 2 holes per port
HOK-10823HKR 4 bolt holes for cars and trucks
HOK-10825HKR 2 bolt holes for trucks

So car heads have 4 bolt holes and trucks have 2?
If I get the ones with 4 holes, they are interchangable?
Yes, the gasket will seal the ports requardless of how many holes outside the clamped area. Personally I suggest using a very light coating of high temp orange RTV to ensure a good seal and to hold in place while tightening the bolts.
Because there are TWO different part numbered C8AZ heads.
The heads used on trucks in 1966/67 are C8AZ-6049-A = Use with Thermactor (smog pump)
The heads used 1968/72 are C8AZ-6049-M = Parts catalog sez: Use without thermactor.
Why are 1968 heads listed for 1966/67? Because Ford updated the previous cylinder head part number to C8AZ.
EDIT: The car parts catalog sez: C8AZ-6049-M cylinder heads were used from 1965-1971 without Thermactor. C8AZ-6049-A heads were used 1966/68 with Thermactor

There are 8, 14 and 16 bolt ex bolt patterns on heads due to the different exhaust manifolds used if different cars and trucks. If that's what you mean by 2 and 4 holes.
