Oil Leak

I Have A 1997 7.3 Powerstroke With Only 42000 Miles I Have Noticed Oil Leaking From The Driver Side Underneath. I Just Had It Serviced And I Noticed It Is A Little Above The Full Mark. Could This Be The Problem? If Not Where Could The Oil Be Coming From It Is Not The Oil Filter I Checked It. It Only Seems To Leak When It Is Running.

my 97 always leaked a bit out of the steering box, never could remedy it!

Yes, getting the crankcase overfilled can cause this. Take it back to where it was serviced and complain loudly.
