Who is the moron here?????? you come on a ford truck site and praise chevies..... pretty dumb thing to do. if you read some of the other posts that fordsajoke wrote you would know what kind of company you're keeping!!!!! why did chevy have to go to the 350 in a camaro anyway??? because they couldn't do it with equal sized engines so if the 350 is so big and bad go find a LIGHTNING or a COBRA and see what happens MORON!!!!

Why did chevy go with a 350? what about why can't ford go upto a 350? I've never seen a Lightning but am assuming they are a special f-150 from the posts above. You know of any sights that have pictures of one, a truck that can go faster than a sports car would be something else! You go find a cobra on a web page thats modified like my car and pulls less than a 11.7 and i'll shut up. Props goes out to ford for producing the lightning, It's nice to get a vehicle where its already superfast off of the showroom floor without having to modify it, believe me, its a b@t#h

Nice car, he said he's pullin like a 11.87 which is damn close to what i did w/o my vortech. as soon as he gets that t trim on his hp will be in my park. Very nice car, I don't really go toward the pimpish look for my car, just looks like all muscle.

BTW, do the drag strips still use a calandar to measure the 1/4 mile time of a chev? Or do they use a sundial now?

Go read a copy of 5.0 mustang actually nov. 2000 starting on page 106 how about a 1,648 hp stroked 302 and it's only got a turbo but it runs more than 3 full seconds faster than you camaro!!!! it runs a fast time of 8.222 @ 177.61 hows that for 302 power bring on the 350's John

If they can get that much hp out of a mus-stank than there should be no problem with them getting a 1800 hp camaro
....did you see that commercial with the tracker and the semi, that would be pretty cool having a mustang pull that truck in the commercial Isn't there some legal limit to how much hp your car can have? if anything the muffler would be deafening
btw my 11.7 was without my vortec, I just had that installed in December

That ad with the Trakker is very misleading. After seeing that comercial, I looked into trading my wife's Blazer for a Trakker. I figured, smaller, better fuel mileage, and can tow my camper. WRONG, the max tow capacity for a Trakker is 1000lb. Which is why I'm looking at a new Ford Escape. About the same size as a Trakker, and same fuel mileage, but it can tow 3500lb. My wife doesn't know alot about trucks, but she was even impressed.
If you ask me, that ad is false advertising.

Daywalker, never saw one stay together long enough to get any real horsepower and can you imagine what this mustang would put out if it was supercharged? sure would have to beat a camaro wouldn't it? he built the car to outrun a chevy that was equally prepared and it did it no problem bumpinexplorer sounds like thewinston cup guys doesn't he? fords have more power so give us an advantage.....
