Buzzing Relay!!!!!!

Hi guys, my dad has an 03 superduty, and was pulling his holiday trailer. He pulled over to check something, and when he returned to the cab he had a buzzing coming from the signal relay under the dash. Its annoying as heck and I can't figure it out. We swapped relays with the one from my truck, to no avail. At wits end here, anyone had this problem? How did you solve it? Would rather not have to pay a Ford tech 80-90 dollars an hour to look for a broken wire or change out a bulb.

Check out your combo switch(turn/wiper), I think it going bad can cause that.

Thanks it was the combo switch. $135, and an hour to change it, no more buzzing.

out of curiosity, what did this involve? I have the same symptom, and would like to do fix it myself.

No buzzing, but I broke the turn signal cancel mechanism, found a spring and black plastic pin on the driver side floorboard the day after it was broken.

Well, my under dash relay buzzes constantly, I took it out thinking, wonder what this does... then my turn signals didnt work so at least I know what it does. the buzzing stops whenever I activate the turn signals or brake lights. So the only relief to my ears is when I am at a stop light or changing lanes ha ha.

Just a wonder, but I found this Turn Signal Wiper Lever Multifunction Dimmer Switch | eBay and am wondering if it will fit my 03? it says 97-99 but it looks exactly like what I need.
