Wtf Is This Noise!!!

well i've posted about a buzzing noise from behind my dash when turning the key a while back. i narrowed it down to a relay in the main fuse box in the engine compt. when i take the relay out and turn the key, still a buzz. i replaced the relay thinking it was a bad one and turn the key........still buzzes. next i go digging behing the dash. i find another relay pack with three relays in it. one big blue one, 2 small black ones. i remove the one that was buzzing and turn the key.....still buzzing. it seems somehow these two relays are linked but i have no clue what they are. would one good relay (the new one under the hood) and one bad one behind the dash still cause it to buzz?? when i take both out there is no buzz....

think the relay you are describing under hood is PCM relay
have you had PCM out and maybe didn't tighten all bolts?
can't remeber if it grounds like older models
I would also check all batter grounds

im sure they do ground out..on mine..there is a clip thats held on by one mounting bolt..the clip goes though a stit in the plastic cover and there is a spring like end on the inside where the PCM pushes againts it..

are you removing the relay you can feel buzz? Check the voltage going to the coil on the relay. If it is not a good 10v or better that is where I'd look. Probably issue with damaged wires is my guess.

well i can't imagine my batteries are weak. they're about a year old. i'll replace the flasher box as well. as far as checking grounds....aren't there an endless amount to check??? seems like it would be difficult to check them all.
