Does anyone know if an E4OD from a F150 302 4x4 bolt up to an F150 300-I6 4x2?

Most likely it will not without some modification. I'm not sure about the bell housing bolting up to the engine, but I do know that you will have to convert it to 4x2 which involves a different tailshaft for tranny, etc.

300,302.351 all the same bell housing
differant crank balance so diff flex plate
as scandocious says will have to change tail shaft
