It's up to you, but if I lived in PA, had an extra 300 and place to store it, I would pick it up. It is a rare bed if its in as good as shape as you say. Definately worth 300. Take another good look at the bed to make sure it's in good shape and go from there. Its one of those things you hesitate not buying because it's a good deal.

Hey the 1973-76 didn't have the fuel door, so its in that range.
I have never seen a bed like this on a F250, the frame is completely different. F250s were 133", 139"(SC shorty), 150" crew shortbed, and 155" supercab longbed. None of these had the narrow frame of that F350.
The only F350s with that wide frame was the Supercab longbed 155" and the 4x4 (snowfighter) at 133"
The reference to F250 with a 140" wheelbase was a typo, which I corrected.
The F350's with the 140" wheelbase used two beds, one for 1973/76 without fuel doors (D6TZ-9927841-B), another 1977/79 with fuel doors (D8TZ-9927841-A).

Now this thread reminds me; I wonder if Ford offered a '79 F-350 4x4 Camper Special with that bed? Gotta find out...!
You now have the parts catalog. LOL Now it's your turn to look for refs. My eyes are still blurry from the last SCS search. Start with the 9002's and just wait till you see all the 9047's.
Happy hunting!
