I like superlift & have also used rancho but you can also have those factory springs re-arched & keep the factory ride softness as well as keeping your wallet a little more "portly" but if it was me? 6" superlift

Have you checked to see if you have an equal number of leaf springs on each side of the truck?
I didn't notice at first, but when I purchased my 2000 F450 last fall it had some extra leaf springs installed on the passenger side of the rear axle. Apparently a previous owner had installed them to handle the weight of something, possibly a bed mounted crane, being mounted on the passenger side of the previous bed. I didn't notice any of this until I took the truck to get a new flat bed installed and they pointed out that the truck leaned towards the driver's side and they suggested that it was possibly something like a crane that had been mounted previously.
One way you can pinpoint the problem are is to go over a large, wide speed bump at a low speed. Normal suspension will flex equally, but if you have a bad shock like I described earlier that end of the truck will feel like it is trying to roll away from the bad corner. If both front and back feel OK when going over a large wide speed bump, your shocks are probably OK.
