Have you have checked the tire pressure and they are the same size tires all around on the truck already? Have to ask as when working at my uncle's shop we had a guy come in complaining that his car was leaning and it was due to the wrong tire.
The next step would be to figure out if it is the front or the back. To see if it is the back, measure from the rear axle to the frame. That should tell you if the lean is in the back or not.
Tires are the same size and tire pressure is good too.
The dealer says it is within Ford specs and I disagree.
By the way leans 3/4 of inch front and rear.
I know you can get your spring packs re-arched on the rear.
On the front, you may be able to crank the one torsion bar to bring it up. Personally I would take it to an alignment shop and let them crank the torsion bar as it will probably have to be re-aligned after. My torsion bars are cranked (both sides) to lift up my front end, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to crank one just to level it. Not sure what effects, if any this would have on the ride either, that is why I would let an alignment shop do it.
