Rear shock squeak
'04 Screw Lariat, that now has the rear shock squeak. Does anyone else have this, and do I need new shocks already at 38000?

Stock shocks suck. I can't sugar coat it. Now is the time to upgrade to a nice set of aftermarket units.

Could be the spring shackles or the springs themselves. Are you sure it is the shocks?

When you bounce the truck up and down at the rear, you can hear a scrunching noise. I can hear it in the cab when riding slowly on a dirt road, while hunting. Can anyone suggest a good aftermarket shock that will keep my Lariat ride? Also, if it is my leaf spring, how do I make it stop?
