Engine coolant change procedure

Can anyone please describe the step by step details to change and/or flush the cooling system on the 6.0l, (and I mean, step by step)!! and maybe they can be placed in the Tech Folder...as all the other fluid and filter change methods are there except the cooling system...

You realize this only has to be done at 100K miles?

To drain a cooling system you want to open the petcock on the radiator and drain the coolant into a container to properly dispose of it. Then close the petcock and refill the system with water, run the motor to circulate the water and then drain the system again. Remove the radiator hoses and heater hoses and drain them. Install all the hoses, close the petcock on the radiator and then fill with a 50/50 mix of Motorcraft Premium Gold Coolant WSS-M97B51–A1 and Distilled water. Start the engine let the truck warm up and add more coolant & distilled water to bring up to the correct level. Check the system for leaks and you should be good to go.

Hope this helps
