First off welcome to FTE lots of good people and info around here.
Assuming you are talking about a 6.0.
It means you have recently disconnected your batteries and cleared the KAM memory. If you have not recently disconnected the batteries the you have a PCM fault code.
How about some info on the truck, year, model, mileage mods etc.
