engine misses

my 2000 ranger 3.0 was missing so I changed the plugs and wires, and it started missing even worse I changed the ignition coil and still nothing, I double checked the firing order and everything looks ok
any ideas

What type of plugs are you using? Are they gapped to the right spec?

Check your dpfe,,its part of the egr system and will make it idle rough,,wayne
