Missing at Idle

I have had this slight miss @ idle for a while changed the CPS grey & Black no change. did the 50 cent mod about a month ago no change. It was not that big of a miss so I went on with life ,well today was oil change day I change from Rotella Syn to dino Mobil Delvac and now the miss is much more noticable more than I want to live with.

Any ideas on what I should look for?

I would have to say, the oil change and making it worse, you may have and oil flow issue. get someone to scan it.

How many miles on the truck? Scanning is a good idea. Have them watch Perdels. Might be some worn out injectors.

Is the idle worse when the engine is hot or cold?

When I had the syn oil in there only when the motor was hot. I have not had a chance to see what the dino does since i change the oil midday & have been running around the rest of the day.

I'll see what she does tomarrow morning
