check engine on after header install need help

I have a 2000 expedition with a 5.4 and ithe check engine light came on after I installed a set of header to the stock exhaust and installed a magna flow muffler. The y-pipe is stock . any ideas what caused the check engine light to come on? I drove it about 10 miles or so before it came on

only thing to do is check the code it brings up.

Sorry not much help, but if you have a programmer it may have the scanner built in it you could use that for the code search.
