time to ramble....

Alrite well about a month ago i order a two gauge pod and gauge set from RPMoutlet and i didnt recieve it so a week later i called them up and they said my order was never processed!!! so i order the same thing over again and finally get it last week now come to find out they didnt send me my boost gauge just my pryo. So i get my boost gauge yesterday and now guess what!?!?!?! ITS THE WRONG ONE!!! im suppose to get a 35psi but rather they gave me a 20 i called them last nite and the guy on the phone said called back between 10-2 tom. So i call them today and they say that department isnt open on saturdays!!!!! now im gettin real pissed cuz i cant do nething with my boost gauge until tuesday plus im gunna have to wait another week or so to get the right one..
NEVER ORDERING FROM RPMOUTLET AGAIN!!!

i dont think so i got the website from a form here before yea they have great prices but customer service is definately not number 1

I got mine from ITP, too -- excellent customer service!! It's great to be able to dial their number and get a person or an immediate call back after leaving a VM...

I ordered a 3" downpipe and cat delete pipe for the 95 f-superduty last winter. The downpipe came but the cat delete never came. A month later i sent them an email and a week later i magically had my pipe.. hmm.
