Frame differences between 52 and 54 f100

What are the frame differences between the two. I am still looking for a F1 48-52 frame to put the coe on, but have a 54 available to me. Cab mounts in different area or what?

The 48 - 52 narrows to 32 inches in front of the cab.
There may be engine mounting issues as well.
