Aftermaket Cruise Control

Aftermaket Cruise Control
I have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT with a 2.3L and a 5 speed manual transmission. My truck did not come with cruise control and I would like to install a aftermarket cruise control product. Do you guys have any suggestions on what would work best? What kind of work is needed to get this done? Is it labor intensive? Thanks for your help and input.

There are several people here that have done this including myself I used a SCS/Frigett
brand. The best one is the Ford aftermarket you can find them on Ebay on occasions for good money. I think some of the other folks have used audivox units. It will take you the better part of a day to do it and you do have to find and splice wires including wire(s) running to the ecm you have to route cables and mount servos. The worst part of mine was mounting the clutch switch just a bad place to get to.
