Our lives-after-school can be a drudge of work and learn, but there's more good times to go with it. Get primed to partay on that good money you'll be making
Reminds me when we were taking our pack test for fire season this year, the thing we kept telling ourself to keep us going is "we're only doing this so we can drink beer all summer" ahh good times
ahaahaha i dont know how well my mom would appreciate that but i actually will be gone like the day of my graduation, that night after I graduate im driving to california, for my brothers graduation, my cousins, my best friends.......hopefully they dont all fall on the same day haha that'd suck
Your California trip to friends and relatives sounds fun, and all the good scenery on the way too. I just camped at the Jedediah Smith redwood forest in NoCal, and my fav relatives live in L.A. *gasp*.
You have a well educated family, with all the graduations and near-graduations happening. Most excellent.
lol yeap, well i used to live in california so its not too beautiful since ive driven it a bunch but i might get to take the mustang or camaro my dad wants to get me for my graduation lol, he keeps telling me that, or im taking my truck
Nice, a Mustang or a Camaro for graduation is, like WoW man! Which one's a better car depends on the year made and options...that would make a good topic here too.
yes it would, well i love mustangs soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo very much but, i want to restore one, and my dad wants to get me something i dont have to do much work if none at all, because my first truck (which i bought with my own money) is a total fix up so he is deciding, now i'd love a Tucker car ahaha just have to find one of the 51 made
Having the patience, know-how and a shop to restore old vehicles is quite a big deal, you're ahead of the game. It sure opens up a whole new market of cars/trucks for ya'. What would be your fav year and options for a rebuild that is realistically available?
well for a mustang 65-66 are my two favorites, an engine rebuild isn't too bad, but if I get a new car right now or truck I dont want to restore, I'll tell you what ive done to my truck though and am going to do
its a 79 f150, and ive replaced the two fenders, a door, had the engine tuned properly, i rebuilt the tranny, and now im in the process of getting all the dents out and prepping it for paint, I have redone most of the electrical, and my truck is way beat up and so its been a hard task
but a mustang a 65-66 and model really, and I want a standard, I wouldnt mind having to repaint, possibly redoing the interior, I just dont want to take on another huge project like my truck, i need something that I can drive around, so It depends on where I am with my truck in the next year my dad says, to see if I can tackle two projects at once. Camaro's would be nice, later 60's an SS or RS Z28, Chevelle, Corvette (haha thats semi unrealistic) Another truck like mine but 4x4, nova, im a muscle car kinda person, so I'd really enjoy any really, oh yeah a 67 Impala
