Glad to see you are back...I think everyone has been away for a bit. Warm weather and daylight has us all workig on things we couldn't do during the winter.

BTW....SCHOOL IS GREAT!:-wink

brentleedragon 05-22-2007 11:43 PM

aha i know, im just getting credits done, scholarships all that good boring stuff :-)

Snowbunny 05-22-2007 11:58 PM

Yes, boring but a necessary evil! I won over $10,000.00 in scholarships last year ~ sure helps take the edge off! IMO I say apply for any and all scholarships that you may even be remotely qualified for. What do you have to lose? You already don't have the money! At worst, you waste six-hours of your time and the cost of postage. At best, you win a few thou... Now, those are good wages ~ Several thousand for a few hours work!!! Apply for them all brentlee!

well im a junior now :-), so in September im going to apply for a who load of colleges, and scholarships. Plus I am holding a 3.8-4.0 gpa so that helps a lot i did good on my SATS now its a matter of finding a major to peruse. Or i could just become a musician (well i am already) but make a living on it lol

Placermike 05-23-2007 12:30 AM

You know what they say about 'Starving Artists'!...Musicians are great, but unless you are one of the best, it is hard to pay rent or eat!

MARTYSTOWRIG 05-23-2007 04:31 PM

Hey How Do You Get A Musician Off Your Door Step?

Pay Him For The Pizza!!

Our lives-after-school can be a drudge of work and learn, but there's more good times to go with it. Get primed to partay on that good money you'll be making

brentleedragon 05-24-2007 11:42 AM

ahaha oh yes! though i still have my senior year (man im the young on eh?) and I am doing it partially at home next year becuase I go to a private school and they raised the rates to a ridiculous high, so I am taking the majority home but i only have 4 class's to grad, and i still dunno what I am doin with my life ha but i guess i have awhile to figure it out dont I?

RexB 05-24-2007 12:00 PM

Yea lots of time....about 1 year .... :-missingt

Just 4 classes to go? You're nearly done with it, congrats. I just saw my oldest nephew who finished freshman year a few days ago at Reno. He started in chemical engineering but is now thinking of changing to EE. He's about 10x smarter than me in math, and a good guy to boot.

So...er...where's your graduation party next year?? :-X03
