Got the old truck running and all cylinders are firing but it has a few weak injectors. Could i put THESE in it? Can i put a higher flow in or do i need to change out the mass air flow sensor if i do that????

Those will work, but I think you have a lot more to learn before you attempt to upgrade your engine.

First off, your engine is speed density and therefore doesn't have a mass air flow sensor. Second, adding bigger injectors will only help you if you are somehow exceeding the capacity of the stock injectors. If your engine is otherwise stock, bigger injectors won't do a thing. You would also have to have a heavily modified 302 (stroked, supercharged, etc) before you would need a mass air sensor - but again, you don't even have one.
