I think so, but it's been a while. If it didn't, it's not hard to change, because when mine went out, I was at my buddies house with just basic tools, but I think it did come with a new pulley. When my pump went out, it blew the whole back half of the pump off, kinda cool, but not when driving and loosing power brakes!!
normally they don't come with a new pulley. The pulley is pressed on the shaft and comes off very easily with a powersteering pulley puller. You might be able to rent one from a place like autozone or something like that. or you could take the old pump and new pump to a shop and have them pull and reinstall the pulley. just make sure that when you put the pulley back on that the bolts are in the holes. there are 1 or 2 bolts that can't be removed with the pulley on.
Mine went out on the interstate and locked up. I had to get one at Advance and it worked great and still does. I took the old one off and went to Advance with it and they swapped my pulley for me. I had to do it this way since I wasn't even in my home state.
How do I loosen the tensioner to remove the fan belt? On a chevy you just put a 1/2 in rachet in it and turn. also how do you remove and install the pully.
put a long ratchet or breaker bar with the right size socket on the pulley bolt and pull toward the passenger side. There isn't much room there with the fan but you can get a short socket and ratchet in there but its a bit of a trick.
Just be careful the first few times you drive the truck after putting the new pump on, I put myself up against the steering wheel a couple times thinking it would take a while to get her stopped. Nice to have good brakes again, the Napa pump has been fine for the last few months and advance lends the puller for free if you leave a deposit and return it un-damaged. It's about a 45 minute job.
