Choke Help
I'm not old-school enough to use a manual choke. Something is wrong so that the choke won't fully open using the cable -- it looks like an after-market universal cable. I push it all the way in, it pops back out 2" and the choke is still 3/4 closed -- it loaded up pretty bad on me the other day.

Actually, the manual choke is the mod, the auto choke would have been the original for a '69 (I'm pretty sure). If that's the case, somebody probably swapped on the manual choke because they were having problems with the auto choke. Do you still have the heat riser on there? If so you can pick up a choke cap for about 20-30 bucks.
