6.9 engine mounts - solid?

6.9 engine mounts - solid?
Kragen lists two different mounts for this engine - "solid" and one that looks like it has conventional rubber. Warrantee for the solid is "lifteime", rubber is 1 year.

Anybody used either of these before? Any thoughts on whether the solid mount would turn the truck into a mobile massage couch from engine vibration or cause future problems with the cross piece fatiguing or something?
Tired to find them on the Napa site but gave up - the site is the devil to use. Any other places (aside Ford) to look for these?
