Solid vs hydraulic engine mounts

Doing a rebuild on my 93 4.9. Engine mounts are shot and I noticed there is a option of solid vs hydraulic mounts. Any opinions?

Solid is fantastic if you love intense vibration. I suppose it comes down to a male or female thing. Like your momma said, always use rubber when you're not sure. I know I would.

I didn't mean solid as in poly or steel to steel. Just noticed on rock auto and amazon there is an option of solid rubber vs rubber hydraulic.
