I have a 2003 f-350 7.3l......what is the best PLUG IN programmer out there for this truck...I want the most hp i can out of it and it also has to have speed correction for oversized tires...let me know what you think...thanks!

You may want to drop down and read the 7.3 section specific for your truck for a more definitive answer.
Dp tuner is popular with the guys in that section.
