Finally
I disconnected the MAP sensor and it shut off. I pulled the starter and had it tested; it failed bought new one and installed it and she started right up. When they break they really break. I replaced the CPS, starter solenoid, alternator, and the starter. Now all I have to deal with is that ABS light coming on. I guess I have to tke it to someone. This is going to kill me. Thanks for your help. This site really helped me alot.
FYI : Starter 13mm and 15mm
Alternator 13mm and 10mm
CPS 10mm
Starter solenoid 10mm and 6mm(not sure)

Looks like the automotive gods are laughing at me. I started and turned it off about 5 times yesterday no problem. Today I turned it off pulled the key out and engine still running. I was wrong about the MAP sensor I had to remove the negative terminals from both batteries to get it to turn off. Guess I will try to switch out the ignition. The saga continues.

Ravery,
With a diesel the only thing that shuts off when you turn the key to off is the fuel system, since there is no spark plugs like on a gas engine.
So either the ignition switch is bad or on of the relays controlling the fuel system is sticking closed and needs to be replaced.

Killed
I changed the ignition switch and it turned off 3 different times and I thought I had it beat. But the next time I went to turn it off it would not. I had it; so I headed to the dealer and then it died again. This time it would not start. I had it towed to them. All I told them is that it died. I want to see what they say I need before I tell them what I changed.Thanks for all the help. I hate having to take it to them.
