ok thanks... then what could be cuasing this delay ? when i put it into Drive?

It could be low fluid, a loose filter, worn seal in the forward clutch, sticky valve in the valve body, worn pump, etc.

well guys.. im glad to say my problem is solved... the motor miss was cuasing the problem.. so i fixed that and now the tranny is veryy good
