Normal Operating Temp for 351m

I was wondering what is the average temp my truck should run at. My dad says about 190 when the thermostat opens up. But my truck ran at about 210 Farinheit, i thought tha was high but he said thats alright.

It should operate at 195-230°F depending on the condition of the cooling system.

Your thermostat should open at ~195°F.
