flasher is buzzing

flasher is buzzing
I have a 2003 ford superduty
the problem i am having is that the flasher for the blinkers and hazards is buzzing as soon as you turn the key on if you touch the brake or turn the hazards on or a blinker it quits till you turn them off or let your foot of the brake I tryed a new flasher and it clicks under the same simptoms no buzzing
what do you think it could be I am frustrated I can't figure it out

Have someone operate the controls while you watch the lighting. Make sure each side blinks the same rate, and are the same brightness, front and rear.
If all that looks good, I found an old thread were the turnsignal switch was the problem.

Had the same problem - replaced the multi-function switch (Turnsignal Switch) and curred the problem.
Ground feeding back through the switch.
Didn't think that was it - but it fixed the problem

Also on a side note nothing to do with the blinker but i know about every 2 years i have to replace the alternator
