Well there are tons off variatons man the 460 could get good or bad first would be elevation/terrain engine in tune right gear ratio and if you keep your foot out of it i dont see a problem getting 15 i might of left some variatons out but you get my drift im sure
i guess if i'm only gettin' 15 out of a 302 2bbl i won't get that good out of my 460, due to my driving conditions. but today i've been contemplating stickin. with the 3o2, it's 2.18 a gallon here.
2.18 send it here i paid 3.23 yesterday. i only get around 8-10 mpg with my 9 its realy hard to keep off the skinny pedal.its been parked in the garage for almost a week now
Of course, I don't drive it like it has a 460 - I am more sedate than most in my driving habits.
But it is nice to re-live the thrill and hit the gas every now and then!
I meant 3.18, sorry about that. i remember when dad used to complain about 98 cents a gallon, i would just sit in the back of his truck when he was filling up and think "who cares about gas prices?" what i would do for 98 c a gallon now.
