2005 grill conversion
I know there is lots of talk about this conversion. Just wondering if anyone has bought one off EBAY from mcd29501. He has one listed as item # 300108510167 right now and seems to make lots of them. Also his is about $50 CDN cheaper including shipping than others.

Ive never bought anything off of him, but if you do this are u just getting a grille or are u doing the whole front end? What im trying to say, is that it would be interesting if u did the whole 05 front end, because i dont think they made the 05s with this color.

This guy makes 05 OEM grills to match the contour of our stock bumpers IEH. I guess all it takes is some fine cutting with the proper tools. I sent him a message and he assures me this conversion will fit my Ex using only factory mounting points. I was very specific about what I had. He also said his are a little cheaper in order to move stock as other have the jump on him in making this conversion kit.

Heard good things about them RPM just don't want to pay an extra 50 if I don't have to. Guess I'll just have to take a chance and let you all know whether I'm a idiot

I got one from mkmcustoms for my 2003. Couldn't ask for better service and item, perfect fit and color match.
