power window problem

power window problem
I have a 93 f250 you can hear the motor run whrn you push the switch and hear the gears going around but the window doesn't move. This came gradually it started out by slipping a little when puttin git up and then just quit after it sliped a couple times.

The gear assembly is wore out, you can buy replacement parts or if your mechanically inclined, yoou can take the motor out & jerry rig it with some nylon dolls. I used JB weld to repair mine?
