Man,thirty-one posts in this thread and not one of you guys has mentioned the best beer of all.It is called O.P. Due to the fact that I dont drink anymore I have not had one in years, but when I did O.P. was the best!
yeah, along the lines of what the king said,FREE beer is best!! but if i am buying,it is whatever is on sale or michelob ultra.
Steele reserve is always on sale. Hobo approved. It's so cheap it doesn't even have a website. Careful though, I;ve seen otherwise law abiding citzens do "crazy things" because of it.
I have a funny story involving my jackass friends, steelys, and tattoo parlors. I have a pic of the end result. I can be very persuasive. I can be even more persuasive when someones better judgement is impaired.
I dont know what my favorite would be, but yuengling comes to mind. Oh yeah silver bullets are delicous too.
Negra Mondelo, Dinkel Acker Dark, a German bier (i'm a "block head) or better yet home brew 10 gallon batches placed in 5 gallon Cornelius Stainless tanks is best.
What is free is best no matter what to a point ya ya.

I won't drink Corporate Beer when there are So Many Great Micro-brewery beers available.
Here here!!!
I Like Newcaste too... Fine drop.
In fact I really like a lot of British beers... most of my favourites come out of Liverpool. Cain's in particular deserves a mention.

Some of my personal favourites include:
Grand Ridge Natural Blonde - a local microbrew. The best beer I have EVER had.
Stone Imperial Russian Stout
Struise Pannepot
Chimay Blue
Taj Mahal
And Cain's as mentioned above...
Ya sound like a bloody limey there mate with them favorite suds.
Now I feel better, hey we have spring around the corner, this means
your into cold weather? Where's my Norton it's a warm day I need to putt?
Do the ton ya say?
Unfortunately, the only place I've found to get that is a certain German restaurant in Huntsville, AL--a place I only MAYBE go when I visit my sister on Turkey Day. This restaurant has it on tap...man that stuff goes down smooth...
I need to get back at the homebrewing, I just don't have time right now.
