well the engine thats in it is painted like a chevy with a few blue parts but the distributor is in the front i really dont know about this trunk it seems to be running good where its at i am going to leave it alone for now until i find out if thats right or not
i asked the guy i bought it from his son bought it about 15 years ago and he said that the engine is a 351W it set for 6 years not started or drove until i got it i still have not drove it but it does run now also where do i find the vin decoder at???

It was swapped in then.
No 351W's in Pre-1981 F-Series trucks
ONLY E-series vans in the 70's got 351 Windsors.
Please post all the casting numbers form the heads/block/ intake and I'll tell you exactly what you have and what it was probably in before your truck
Is the distrributor at an angle or vertical? Mopar used orange and blue, if the distributor is at an angle,you could be sporting a rare Chrysler inbreed machine.
i could not get to the site a little while ago i dont know if it was just me or not anyway i just checked the vin it said that my truck came with a 302 2bbl but the truck has a 4bbl intake and a 4bbl but everyone says that the engine is a 351w because i work with a guy who was going to buy it just for the motor becuase it was a 351w he may be right about the engine because he used to work a car company i better not say witch one and i wll get the cast numbers i know there are numbers on the bottom of the block where else would they be
