Hey all of you thanks. I figured the problem out. The fuel line was collapsing. The reason behind that was when I dropped the fuel tank I noticed that the screen in the tank was doing some really hard rubbing in the bottom of the tank. i checked clearance fit and found that it was on the very bottom of the tank. When the pump was pulling for the demand of high volume it would suck in in to the tank bottom. i had to do a little mod to the pickup tube and reposition the screen. Now everything is great.
Thx again.

Well guys. i'm back and so is the friggin truck. Same issues. I pulled the fuel pressure test just after the fuel pump outlet. Yesterday morning the truck ran great. The fuel pressure was 60-65 psi at idle. Then under heavy accel it would drop off alot but pick back up w/no codes and continue running on and getting up the hills. I figured it then needed another pump so I put one on. I gave it back to the driver with no probs. He then called last nite with the same issues. Guess I have to pull another pressure test. My oh my. I am really starting to dislike working on this Ford product. Any help for this ailing old man????

Renchr56 you most likely need to Hutch mod the fuel pickup.
That eliminates the mixing chamber and the little screen inside of it that likes to get clogged up.
Once that's done you need to install an inline filter screen between the pump and the tank or it will suck up a bunch of crud and clog the pump. (I bought myself a fuel pump learning that lesson. )
Here's some threads that I started on that topic.

And this is how I finally ended up fixing that problem once and for all.

The Ford manual says this:
"Observe spill spout of the injector and top of injector bore for oil leakage. (no oil should be coming out from the spill spouts or around the injector.)
Replace injector if oil leaks from spill spout or o-ring if leak is from injector bore."
Sounds to me like if you have oil coming out of ALL injectors EXCEPT #1 and #4, then you are bypassing too much oil which would cause low HPOP oil pressure to be detected by the ICP sensor...then P1211 sets.
JUST A THOUGHT....

Cleaus , I believe that you are wrong about oil no supposed to be coming out of the spouts. The reason oil comes out is when the fuel demand is low it opens up to relieve some of the injector pressure. But none the less. Kwik you were absolutely correct about the screens in the mixing chamber. there are 2 and both were clogged. Cleaned them and now runs better than new. I did away with them and cut the fuel line on the riail before the fuel pump and added an inline glass filter
