I can't my truck to properly idle right, what can I do? I have replaced the IAC and the TPS is perfect as far as voltage sweep. I can't believe this whole ordeal... All I wanted was a F-150 with a HO cam and some better heads and an intake, but apparently the speed density system can't handle it....

What was the cam out of?
The Firing order must match the cam and maybe the PCM.
I have the firing order set to the HO cam and it starts and runs beautifully, just not after it warms up? I have checked for vacuum leaks and I am not finding anything. I used a propane bottle to check for leaks to. The codes told me that the engine was running lean, what that tells me either the O2 sensor isn't working properly or there is a vacuum leak presently in the engine right?
You did mention you degreed the cam. All this talk about the cam. Would that have any bearing on your problems? I'm just throwing it out there. Maybe could be answered by someone more engine savvy than I.
