Windstar P1450
Sorry if I am in the wrong forum. Looking for Windstars. 1998 Ford Windstar, 3.8 motor, V6, Have a code P1450. No other codes (except for an o2 sensor code which I fixed with a new sensor.) Unable to bleed up fuel tank pressure. I have checked all the airlines from front of van (from the thing-a-ma-jig attached to the firewall) back to gas tank by disconnecting the charcoal canister and blowing air through all the tubes. Then from charcoal canister back to gas tank and even into gas tank and the lines running into gas tank. Nothing appears to have any clogs or kinks. Also checked from gas tank to fuel cap and replaced fuel cap. The solinoid at the charcoal canister clicks when I put 12 v to it, so it appears to be working. Does anyone have any ideas how to proceed?
