The only Ford OHV mechanical fuel pumps with "vertical" mounting holes at the top and bottom = 12 and 6 o'clock, are the ones used on 351C/351M/400's. Every other Ford OHV mechanical pump has horizontal mounting holes, at 3 and 9 o'clock.
