What can I do with.....GREASE
A buddy just acquired truckloads of various types of new automotive grease in Drums and buckets. There is so much I don't know if we can sell it all. So far several thoughts come to mind. We could basically ask a couple of bucks a drum if you pick it up. Another thought is to try to rig up a burner to heat it up and pipe it in liquid form into a burner. That way it could be used for heat. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

I don't think it could be properly burned because of the thickener, the soap base. The petroleum part would get runny and liquefy, but the base would stay the same and either clog the burner nozzles or create massive amounts of ash.
Why not advertise on CL? Ask a little under market price for the grease, and it should go quick.

The metal 55 gallon drums themselves empty, you can sell for decent money. I would do market research and see what 55 gallons sell for at a local Quaker dist. center and sell for 1/2 that on CL.
